The ShareRing Network is a free, monthly teleconference that focuses on health issues and quality-of-life concerns that affect survivors, including relationships, stress management, coping skills and side effect management.
Talks are led by health care professionals and include a question and answer session. After the talk, participants are divided into small groups for discussion, which are moderated by peer counselors.
The ShareRing Network teleconferences take place on the third Wednesday of each month, beginning at 7:00 PM Central Time (CT).

About the Call:
This teleconference will provide information about key nutrients and substances in foods that ward off cancer. Dr. Dalzell will define “cellular pathways”, which are critical in the fight against cancer, and explain how and why certain foods work with these pathways. She will also discuss why foods are better than supplements in the fight against breast cancer.
About the Speaker:
Kim Dalzell, Ph.D., is a registered dietitian and doctor of holistic nutrition. She has been a passionate advocate for cancer patients and caregivers for more than two decades. Dr. Dalzell recently founded CancerBusters.org, a national information service connecting cancer patients with complementary care providers. She is a spokesperson for Cancer Treatment Centers of America, medical advisor for Lifetime Television’s “Walgreens Health Corner” series, featured nutrition columnist for Breast Cancer Wellness magazine, and author of the award-winning book Challenge Cancer and Win!
